| Sandy Humphrey, is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate of the REALTORS© Institute, a Senior Specialist, a Certified Luxury Homes Specialist, and one of the few REALTORS© nationwide to be an Accredited Staging Professional. Sandy received her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in special education, and has nine years teaching experience in Illinois and California, both in special education and regular elementary and junior high classes. Sandy's love of children and education has compelled The Humphrey Team to become very involved in our neighborhood schools. They sponsor The Humphrey Team Reading Club, Read Write and Blue, and School Team for Sycamore Canyon School. They are also providing a $1,500 scholarship to a Newbury Park High School senior. |

Bill Humphrey is a Graduate of the REALTORS© Institute (GRI) and will soon receive his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Bill has a bachelor's degree from Marquette University in mechanical engineering and a master's degree from Northwestern University in industrial engineering and management science. Bill worked for 3M Company for 14 years and as plant manager for Vetco Offshore prior to joining Sandy in real estate 30 years ago. Bill's engineering background has been a great benefit to our clients, as he is able to analyze their inspection reports and properly guide them on the best way to move forward.

Teri Hanmer, our escrow/listing manager, has been a member of The Humphrey Team almost 25 years. There are myriad complex details involved in the closing process, and Teri has a way of handling all of these details, running our busy office, and pampering our clients, all to perfection. How she does it all, we'll never know! It's little wonder she's considered "the best in the business" and is continuously receiving offers from other real estate agents who would love to steal Teri from us. Teri and her family have lived in the Conejo Valley for the past 40 years. Teri and her husband Bob have four sons that have blessed them with six grandchildren, one of whom is their "Little Princess."
| Rene' Hultine is a licensed real estate broker, an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), an Accredited Staging Professional, and one of our buyer specialists. Rene' spent 16 years as a real estate lender for some of the most well-known banks in the area, including California Federal, Great Western and Bank of the Oaks. It was during this time that Rene' met Sandy and Bill and became their lender of choice. Eventually Rene' and the Humphreys opened their own mortgage company in order to better serve their clients. Rene' has once again brought her background in lending, along with her personal warmth and genuine concern, to The Humphrey Team in order to serve our clients as their own "personal home shopper." Rene' is constantly in tune with the market, often finding buyers their dream home... even before the house hits the Multiple Listing Service. |
Lynne Casey is a real estate agent and buyer specialist. Lynne is an alumni of Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!), where she majored in business education.
Lynne has been working with the Humphreys since 1987 and received her Real Estate license in 2003. She has been diligent in finding the perfect home for her clients and will stick with them no matter how long it takes. She truly loves showing property, and it is evident in her fun-loving personality.

Jeff and his family moved to the Conejo Valley in 1995 in a corporate relocation. LeeAndra Chergey, a real estate agent and buyer specialist, is a satisfied-customer-turned-agent. She started with us in the summer of 2003 and brought her sales and marketing experience from eight years with Hughes Communications. Along with her marketing background comes her knack for all things computer! She loves to dabble on all types of programs and lends a hand when needed for any marketing challenge. When not working, she spends her time playing with her two beautiful children, Jenna and Ryan. LeeAndra is eager to work with new clients--and like most of the other members of the team, golf is a minor obsession! |
